Local Elected Official (LEO) Board

The Local Elected Official (LEO) Board is comprised of nine county commissioners selected from the nine counties that make up the Central Pennsylvania Workforce Investment Area (Centre, Clinton, Columbia, Lycoming, Mifflin, Montour, Northumberland, Snyder, and Union).

The role of the LEO Board is to conduct oversight of programs and services for which funds are provided through the Workforce Investment Act of 1998.
