2. CPWDC will be issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to operate a local 2010 Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP) in the counties of Centre, Clinton, Columbia, Lycoming, Mifflin, Montour, Northumberland, Snyder and Union. We anticipate the RFP will be available by March 1, 2010.
