Audit/Finance Committee

Ensures that audit and fiscal systems are operating efficiently and that internal controls are in place; focuses on fiduciary responsibilities of the LEO Board and other areas as designated by the WIB.

Executive Committee

Responsible for decision-making and responsibilities in lieu of the full WIB.

CareerLink Operations Committee

Local Management Committee

Mandated committee that oversees Welfare programs in the nine-county region.

Strategic Initiatives Committee

Personnel Committee

A subcommittee of the Executive Committee that oversees CPWDC's personnel policies. 

WorkKeys and Business Engagement Committee

Youth Council

The Youth Council is one committee through which the CPWDC establishes and implements an emerging workforce pipeline strategy.
