Developing and Creating a Culturally Inclusive Workplace

Penn State’s Developing and Creating a Culturally Inclusive Workplace series offers two newly designed, professional development programs specifically for employees currently working in a healthcare setting.  The programs incorporate CLAS (Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services) and Joint Commission cultural competence standards.

Improving Healthcare

Penn State’s Improving Healthcare series offers two industry-driven professional development programs specifically for employees currently working in a healthcare setting.  In 2007, over 300 healthcare workers participated in these training programs and noted valuable application to their daily job duties.
