The CPWDC Workforce Research & Development department, formed in July 2005, uses its resources and expertise to assist local Workforce Investment Boards (WIBs), economic development entities, educational institutions and private businesses in identifying industry clusters and implementing labor market strategies that are data driven and responsive to economic conditions.  Currently, our organization provides services to seven WIBs, including the Central Region, representing 35 counties across the Commonwealth.  This section of the website provides research and analysis developed by the CPWDC and other state and nationally provided labor market information that we find useful.   Please check back regularly as new resources will be added and data will be updated.  If you have questions on the data or would like to request a customized product, please contact the CPWDC Research Department.
