Strategic Plan

The Central Pennsylvania Workforce Development Corporation (CPWDC) is a Local Workforce Development Board (LWDB) authorized under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunities Act of 2014. CPWDC governs workforce development policy for the Central Pennsylvania Workforce Development Area, which encompasses Centre, Clinton, Columbia, Lycoming, Mifflin, Montour, Northumberland, Snyder and Union Counties.

2016-2017 Central Planning Region Transitional Plan

Central Pennsylvania Workforce Development Corporation and South Central PA Works have prepared the Regional Transitional Plan for the period July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017 outlining the regional workforce strategies for Centre, Clinton, Columbia, Juniata, Lycoming, Mifflin, Montour, Northumberland, Snyder, and Union Counties which is now posted.
