Use a Certificate

STAND UP. STAND OUT. BE NOTICED.

This is a valuable tool to help you stand out to employers. The WorkKeys® National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) serves as a portable credential that can supplement your established work history, diploma, or degree.

Here are a few things you should know about your NCRC:

  • Each NCRC is numbered and can be verified on ACT’s database of certificate recipients.
  • Once you receive your NCRC, you’ll be given your username and password for the MyWorkKeys website along with directions on how to download and print a copy of your certificate and make your certificate viewable for employers by registering on your “My WorkKeys” account.
  • Employers can click here to enter and verify your certificate number.
  • Because of the special paper used to print the NCRC, photocopies cannot be made. However, you can print additional copies from the MyWorkKeys site, save it to your computer, email it to employers or customize the information below and add it to your resume as an accomplishment.
