  • Job and Career Exploration
  • Skills Assessment
  • Resume Creation
  • Military Translator
  • Job Search
  • Interview Practice and more!

We are implementing processes to provide individualized customer service remotely and will be sending contact information for these services as soon as possible. If you have been receiving individualized career services, you may contact the staff person that you’ve been working with via their email address.

If you are a worker impacted by COVID-19, you may be eligible for unemployment benefits. According to the PA Department of Labor & Industry, you may be eligible if:

  • Your employer temporarily closes or goes out of business because of COVID-19
  • Your employer reduces your hours because of COVID-19
  • You have been told not to work because your employer feels you might get or spread COVID-19
  • You have been told to quarantine or self-isolate, or live/work in a county under government-recommended mitigation efforts

The Commonwealth has closed the Unemployment Compensation Phones at all PA CareerLink® sites across the Commonwealth in order to help prevent the spread of the virus. Instead, apply online.

For helpful information about stopping the spread, Check the flyer from the Center of Disease Control. Reliable information is also available from the PA Department of Health:

Stay well and we look forward to serving you in person soon!
